From Winemaker Steve Matthiasson, The San Francisco Chronicle’s 2014 Winemaker of the Year, Convexity sources grapes from the slightly cooler, southern end of Napa Valley. Complex aromatics of bramble flower, white pepper and succulent plum. On the palate, the aromatics continue with fleshy black cherry and marionberry accents.
