Crozes Hermitage Rouge

Crozes-Hermitage Les Marguerites comes from a single exceptional parcel located on the backside of the Hermitage hill, just above the town of Crozes. Named Pierre Aiguille (Stone Needle), the vineyard is set in a natural ampitheatre, with triple exposure to the South, West, and East. Before Nancy and Julien took over the vines in 2012, the entire production was sold off to the négociant. The cuvée is named in honor of Marguerite, the retired owner of the vines who decided to lease them to a young winemaking couple instead of a large maison.
