Planted in 1972 as Cabernet Sauvignon. Grafted over to Gruner in 2008, Own Rooted. This wine is driven by minerality with wonderful acidity. A beautiful greenish hue. Jasmine, juniper, white pepper and lime. Medium body and very well focused. Amazing with grilled sausages, charcuterie, pickled vegetables, asparagus and sautéed pea shoots.
