Melon de Bourgogne

Melon is the eponymous variety behind all the racy and delicious Muscadet we slurp with oysters and shellfish in season. And this one is no different but equally not the same. High elevation, coastal influence and pure limestone coalesce into this light, crisp and mineral laden white.
