Mondeuse Noire

This wine taps into the vast nuance of sensorial experience. Aromatics include crushed violet, pink peppercorn, rhubarb, and blackberry. As fresh as this wine is, there is a sublime earthy note of autumn leaves and petrichor. To Jaimee, Mondeuse is the feminine version of Syrah. The palate is juicy and upfront with fine tannins and generous acidity. The expansive layers of this wine evolve the longer the bottle is open.
