‘Monnières St. Fiacre’ Muscadet

In order to show the tipicity of various plots, some wineries are bottling individual vineyard sites. This program was recognized by the INAO in early 2010. There are 7 crus that have been selected including the following : Goulaine, Clisson, Le Palet and off course the Monnieres St Fiacre. These “Crus” have to respect some specific rules such as lower yield, longer ageing, beter maturity to authorize the harvest, etc. Monnières St. Fiacre shows a powerful, big body with complex white fruits aromas and some mineral character typical of the cru.
