Nagual del Marzo
Here the Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon are harvested and co-fermented together–a field blend–producing a faceted, garnet-colored, fragrant (hibiscus nectar), and inviting old-world story. A story of their submerged cap extended maceration in their cellar.

- Hand-picked and punched. Open top and submerged cap fermentation. Cask and barrique aged 18 months in new and neutral French oak.
