As opposed to years’ past 100% Carignan rosé, this year’s was led with Zinfandel resulting in a wine that is both fruity and savory. On the nose, it is all about strawberries, raspberries, and a delicate floral note; on the palate it is savory and minerally, with a bone-dry finish.
