Syrah

The resultant wine of 2016 is dark and very floral, slightly meaty, a pure, unadulterated expression of Syrah. The tannins are fresh, not heavy, and the wine has grip while still maintaining it’s freshness.

Vinification Method
Fruit was fermented whole cluster in a concrete tank for 16 days with very light and gentle foot treading. It was pressed at dryness, and the wine was racked once prior to bottling.Free run was stored in a concrete egg and large, neutral barrels for élevage.
