The ‘Neo-Classical Objective’ Pinot Noir
This ‘classic’ has a well-defined bouquet with touches of wild fennel and almost garrigue-like scents infusing the ferrous red fruit. The palate is medium-bodied with light tannin, brown spices, quite ferrous and rustic.
