Valdiguié Pétillant Naturel

The 2015 vintage was one of the earliest we’ve experienced which worked well with sparkling production. The wine is relatively clear, brightly acidic, bursting with red fruit, and powerfully floral. On the palate the wine is intense and complex.

Vinification Method
Whole clusters were allowed to go through carbonic maceration for a few days then whole cluster pressed using same slow steady cycle used for our traditional method sparkling wines. The wine was then fermented in a concrete egg and small stainless steel tank. Stored, riddled, disgorged.
